Dowd McDonald - Chief Operations Officer

Dowd McDonald has been an operational leader in the lead generation services industry for over 14 years. Dowd’s mission is to help clients solve sales and operational challenges through market intelligence and lead generation and management programs. He started his teleservices career developing leads for key clients (large and small) and worked his way up to management giving him the ability to understand the entire teleservices process from beginning to end.

Dowd has a key understanding of overseeing program implementation, relationship management, execution, and delivery. He has a consistent track record delivering outstanding results for emerging and Fortune companies including, Cisco Systems, Intel, Ingram Micro, Sony, Panasonic, CA, Everdream, Lumenate, Meru Networks, etc. Dowd brings KPI an extreme commitment to customer service and consultative communication.

AJ Joe - VP of Client Services

AJ Joe brings over 15 years of experience within Client Services supporting Marketing and Sales initiatives. She has been recognized for her involved leadership and excellence in client execution and operations for both emerging and major accounts within the call center industry. Her impacting contribution to the business is leveraging industry benchmarks on performance, identifying key resources and lead management processes in driving effective contract execution and performance. AJ has played a critical part in pioneering best practices and methodologies within Lead Management.

Her ability to deliver comes from her passion to positively impact and make it happen. She has been effective in leading teams to deliver on emerging organizations go to market initiatives such as Candera, Aruba Wireless, Sonexis and Blue Coat. AJ is also recognized as an early adopter in executing real-time response management and integration data processes with major clients.

AJ's belief in being involved and integrated with clients have also facilitated outstanding support on Lead Generation sales and marketing campaigns for Fortune companies such as ADP, BMC Software, Adobe, Verisign and Samsung. She graduated sum cum laude from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Tourism management. She is also on the advisory board for the colleges’ Network of Working Women’s Association, a National Key Honor Society Member since 1994. Outside of work, AJ enjoys, traveling, weight training and golf.

Dustin Uremovich - VP Business Development

Dustin's entire professional career has been directly involved in supporting start-up to large business-to-business companies drive incremental revenue. In fact, he began developing his expertise when he joined a database marketing and lead generation firm, Sunset Direct, at the ripe age of 20 while completing his bachelors degree. He started in an inside teleservices role with a core responsibility of identifying quality leads for clients such as Intel, Borland, Canon, Pentax, Ositech, IBM, Kidasa, Texas Instruments, etc.

Dustin's sales career progressed as he was awarded an opportunity to sell Sunset Direct's services. He ultimately served in two different sales roles for Sunset Direct. Initially, he was a quota bearing sales representative focused solely on developing relationships with and closing sales and marketing executives at technology and financial services companies. He then took on responsibility as the VP of Sales leading all aspects of Sunset Direct's customer acquisition. Dustin ultimately became a partner of Sunset Direct prior to their sale to QuarterEnd, Inc. which eventually sold to Rainmaker Systems, Inc.

Dustin served in a named account sales position for Rainmaker Systems, Inc. for 3.5 years and was their top sales contributor in 2005 and 2006. Dustin brings to KPI Analytics a genuine customer appreciation focus. Additional assets include sales lessons learned from what to do and not to do, consistent ability identifying and developing inside sales talent, database marketing and industry expertise, relationship skills, and the passion to always make sales and marketers "himself included" better.

Joe Bisignano - VP of Sales and Marketing

Joe Bisignano brings more than 18 years of sales, marketing, and operational experience to KPI Analytics, Inc. His experience includes building three successful start-up ventures as well as driving sales for the ERP software company, PowerCerv, and a global outsourced sales and marketing support company, Rainmaker Systems, Inc.

The last ten years of Joe’s career has been in the outsourced sales and marketing/demand generation space…six years in building a successful US based business to business call center from the ground up and the last four years as a sales leader for Rainmaker Systems. During this period, Joe secured business with industry giants such as Panasonic, CA, Walgreens, 3Com, and ADC as well as numerous leaders in the SME space. Over these 10 years, Joe developed a thorough understanding of what is necessary for a successful outsourced partnership. This understanding was a key motivator behind the origination of the KPI organization and is based on sound business practices that create an environment for success.

Joe has a very deep belief that the combination of KPI’s years of B2B experience, relentless diligence, world class talent, and the pioneering spirit of the KPI delivery team provides the perfect environment for client success.

Joe’s primary roles will be helping the market gain an understanding of the power behind the KPI Analytics, Inc. brand, assist in building the KPI business development functions, client acquisition, and new business ventures.
